Our pickles are made using exclusively odd shaped and curly cucumbers, the ones with the most character. They have grown their own way and don’t have a life in the supermarket, so we snap them up fresh of the vine and pickle them with a small amount of sugar, lot’s of spices and some Canterbury distilled naturally brewed vinegar. Perfect for sandwiches, burgers, cheeseboards and eating right our the jar !
